Friday, 27th September – Calum Baird and friends live at The Wee Red Bar
Edinburgh based singer-songwriter, Calum Baird, hosts an evening of live music with fellow musicians, Jack Hinks and Shuna Lovelle, at Edinburgh’s Wee Red Bar.

The evening will operate in a 3 song rotation style, with each musician performing 3 songs each and then a change over, rather than the standard foot to top of the bill arrangement.

Doors open at 7pm, entry is £5 on the door.

Calum Baird is an Edinburgh based singer-songwriter and activist, playing songs that tie together progressive and romantic themes in a folk music style that has seen him likened to Bob Dylan, Billy Bragg and Phil Ochs.

Calum performs regularly throughout the UK and Europe at festivals and events, as well as supporting causes and organisations with his music at home and abroad.

Collaborations with Edinburgh based DJ, Alex Tronic saw their tracks played on various radio stations and featuring No.1 on the iTunes Chill Lounge in 2018. Shuna Lovelle is a soul inspired artist that mixes her deep vocals with pop, dub-step and break-beat grooves to mould her sound. Having a father who owned a studio she landed doing backing vocals from the age of seven for break-beat duo Scuba Z. Other early influences came from Ella Fitzgerald and Aretha Franklin. Her latest single, Little Love Birds, is out now!

Jack Hinks is an Edinburgh-based singer/songwriter, playing to ensure the survival of your ear-worm. Combining genres such as rock, jazz, and blues, Jack creates an eclectic genre of his own, but with a feel that has been likened to Jeff Buckley and John Mayer.

Jack performs regularly (with a plethora of bands and outfits) throughout Edinburgh, the U.K, and has already begun to spread across Europe.

Jack is endorsed by Faith Guitars, Lucem Guitars, CovenantCables, and Vein-Tap Pedals.
